The MW EVA 23S is the only telescopic Stretchers on the market. The fastest, smallest and most versatile CASEVAC platform that can be attached on plate carriers, battle-belts, fixed to vehicles & fortifications. Designed and manufactured entirely in Finland.

We've designed this product with mobility, space efficiency and rapid casualty evacuation in mind. The MW EVA 23S stretchers are purpose-built for modern armored vehicle integration as well as dismounted infantry support.
Weighing only 2,89 kilograms, our litters do not sacrifice strength for weight, ensuring rapid effectiveness in CASEVAC without adding unnecessary burden to platform or personnel.
The stretchers extend into shape in seconds—no tools or setup required.

VEHICLE INTEGRATION
MW EVA 23S is purpose-built for modern vehicle integration, and it ensures readiness for rapid casualty extraction without compromising maneuverability or vehicle layout. In terms of vehicle integration, this litter system can be employed in the use of IFV's, MRAP's, APC's, LTV's & UGV's.
We worked closely with Patria and experimented with Patria 6x6 vehicles, but this solution is designed so that it works regardless of vehicle type.
We've specifically designed four reinforced ceiling-mount attachments, allowing secure patient suspension from the interior ceiling of any armored vehicle.
This enables vertical stowage or evacuation while preserving floor space and crew mobility.
DISMOUNTED INFANTRY SUPPORT
Unique to our stretchers, we have implemented a dual-use carry system. When dismounted infantry perform casualty evacuation tasks, they are able to use our shoulder slings that come with every stretcher, easing longer distance casualty transportation on foot.
Our stretcher pole ends are designed with quick attachment points for our shoulder carry slings, which double as suspension slings for vehicle use.
